fighting against injustice is Plaestinian people destiny
Sitting in my office, at the red crescent society for Gaza Strip, being
unable to focus on what aim doing, the sound of the artillery shelling is
too loud, it is so loud and makes me think all the time, what is the casualty
outcome??When and where??
The Israeli army tanks, did not stop this shelling, that is targeting
north and east of Gaza strip, it was officially mentioned that they hit
empty areas at the buffer zone, but this was not the case, for example and
this is just one of other examples
,few days ago one of these shelling hit a house in Bet lahia village
north of Gaza , one girl died and the other members of the same family ,
were injured , with different sorts of injuries , it was heartbreaking to
see one of those injured kids of this family on the TV , greatly distressed , I shut off the TV,
tried to rethink of the incident ,
successive shelling that followed and continued for almost 2 mintues , did
not give me the luxury of thinking I was worried felt unsafe and insecure
, but iwas unable to tell my self :<>
as aPalestinian Suffering while living under occupation or living in exile, should not
becomes Palestinian people destiny
Resisting occupation and fighting against injustice that was imposed
upon us for decades, until we achieve our national goals is our destiny

HospitalWindow
A great note for all to read it will take just 37 seconds to read this and
change your thinking
Two men, both seriously ill, occupied the same hospital room.
One man was allowed to sit up in his bed for an hour each afternoon to
help drain the fluid from his lungs.
His bed was next to the room's only window. The other man had to spend all his time flat on his back.
The men talked for hours on end. They spoke of their wives and families,
their homes, their jobs, their involvement in the military service, where
they had been on vacation.
Every afternoon when the man in the bed by the window could sit up, he would pass the time by describing to his roommate all the things he could see outside the window.
The man in the other bed began to live for those one hour periods where
his world would be broadened and enlivened by all the activity and color of the world outside.
The window overlooked a park with a lovely lake. Ducks and swans played on the water while children sailed their model boats. Young lovers walked
arm in arm amidst flowers of every color and a fine view of the city
skyline could be seen in the distance.
As the man by the window described all this in exquisite detail, the man
on the other side of the room would close his eyes and imagine the
picturesque scene
One warm afternoon the man by the window described a parade passing by.
Although the other man couldn't hear the band - he could see it. In his
mind's eye as the gentleman by the window portrayed it with descriptive
words.
Days and weeks passed.
One morning, the day nurse arrived to bring water for their baths only to
find the lifeless body of the man by the window, who had died peacefully
in his sleep. She was saddened and called the hospital attendants to take
the body away.
As soon as it seemed appropriate, the other man asked if he could be moved
next to the window. The nurse was happy to make the switch, and after
making sure he was comfortable, she left him alone.
Slowly, painfully, he propped himself up on one elbow to take his first
look at the real world outside. He strained to slowly turn to look out the
window beside the bed.
It faced a blank wall.
The man asked the nurse what could have compelled his deceased roommate
who had described such wonderful things outside this window.
The nurse responded that the man was blind and could not even see the wall.
She said, "Perhaps he just wanted to encourage you."
Epilogue:
There is tremendous happiness in making others happy, despite our own
situations.
Shared grief is half the sorrow, but happiness when shared, is doubled.
If you want to feel rich, just count all the things you have that money
can't buy.
"Today is a gift, that's why it is called the present."

Salamat from Gaza
The humanitarian situation in Palestine is going downhill rapidly. Thisweekend 14 Palestinians were killed and 30 injured in Israeli missileattacks on Gaza. Karni crossing is still closed which has stopped theflow of goods into the Gaza Strip. The Israeli government has imposed a complete blockade of Gaza and the West Bank, and cut off all relationswith the Occupied Territories.
I am highly concered about the health situation in general and children's health in particular
.I do believe that this is the right time for all of you to react in solidarity with Palestinian people under occupation, organising demonstrations, writing to your MPs etc... whatever activities you decide are appropriate to support us.Please show your solidarity as you have always done.Palestinian people should not suffer collective punishment for their choice of Hamas. They should not be punished for voting against corruption, occupation and American policies in the Middle East.
The sanctions against the Palestinian people I simply call:
A FRANK VIOLATION OF DEMOCRACY.

fairies are females
Dear all
while trying to cope with the israeli artillary shelling , that have been going on for the last 2 weeks , non stop against north and east of gaza , i send this for you to remind you and as i always say, we are survivers , despite the fact of feeling unsafe and has to wake up at night several times , and small children are terrified in their tiny beds (if there were beds, for the most majority of them), and school children go to their schools with the least feeling of security, and psychatric clinics receives increasing numbers of children and adults complains from post traumatic stress syndrome(ptss).
i send this to you
with love and in solidarity
mona
A married couple in their early 60s was out celebrating their 35th weddinganniversary in a
quiet, romantic little restaurant.Suddenly, a tiny yet beautiful fairy appeared on their table and said, "Forbeing such an exemplary married couple and for being faithful to each other forall this time, I will grant you each a wish.""Oh, I want to travel around the world with my darling husband" said the wife. The fairy waved her magic wand and - poof! - two tickets for the Queen Mary IIluxury liner appeared in her hands. Then it was the husband's turn. He thought for a moment and said: "Well, this isall very romantic, but an opportunity like this will never come again. I'm sorrymy love, but my wish is to have a wife 30 years younger than me."The wife and the fairy were deeply disappointed, but a wish is a wish...So the fairy waved her magic wand and - poof! - the husband became 92 years old.The moral of the story: Men who are ungrateful bastards should remember thatfairies are female.-----------------------------------------
